Online retailer Zulily is officially closing its doors for business, the company announced Wednesday.
According to Zulily’s website, the company “made the difficult but necessary decision to conduct an orderly wind-down of the business to maximize value for the companies’ creditors.”
Zulily indicated that customers with pending orders will either receive a refund or have their order fulfilled by Jan. 22.
The company was once valued at $9 billion during its peak, reported the Wall Street Journal.
