On Tuesday, streaming giant Netflix released its new transparency report, “What We Watched: A Netflix Engagement Report,” to the public.
The new report only measured viewing hours per title, the title’s global availability and its premiere date.
According to Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos, the company’s new transparency initiative “creates a better environment for the Guild, for us, for the producers, for creators.”
Netflix noted it will be releasing a new version of the report on a twice-annual basis.
