According to a new report released by the National Association of Realtors on Wednesday, U.S. home sales slightly increased during the month of November.
Existing home sales reportedly grew 0.8% in November from the previous month, though were still down 7.3% year-over-year.
This marks the first registered increase in U.S. home sales in five months.
The median price for existing homes also reached $387,600 in November, a record high for the month and a 4% year-over-year increase.
