Technology giant Apple is pulling back sales of specific Apple Watch models in the United States, the company confirmed Monday.
The move comes following an ongoing patent dispute over the wearable tech’s blood oxygen feature with medical device maker Masimo and the International Trade Commission.
“While the review period will not end until December 25, Apple is preemptively taking steps to comply should the ruling stand,” Apple said in a statement.
Sales of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 will cease online beginning Thursday and stop in-store on Dec. 24.
