According to the American Automobile Association, this upcoming Thanksgiving is expected to be the busiest air travel period in the United States on record.
AAA estimated that 55.4 million Americans will travel during the Thanksgiving period from Wednesday to Sunday, including 49 million drivers.
It went on to say that this is expected to be the third busiest Thanksgiving travel period on record in more than two decades.
“Post-pandemic, the travel demand just continues to go up year after year, and this Thanksgiving is no exception,” said AAA’s Aixa Diaz.
