U.S. airline JetBlue is set to begin offering no-charge guarantees to customers that will allow children and parents to be placed in adjoining seats on their flight.
The guarantee will apply to children aged 13 or younger, so long as the tickets were booked on the same reservation as their parents.
“We know traveling with young children can add challenges, and we want to do everything we can to put parents and families at ease by providing a smooth trip each time they choose JetBlue,” said JetBlue COO Joanna Geraghty.
However, customers will not be allowed to change their seat placement after they’ve already been assigned a seat with their children.
