In a new quarterly report, U.S. airline giant Delta Air Lines revealed its profits jumped almost 60% during the company’s third financial quarter.
The major profit increase comes following consumers continuing demand for travel in the post-summer months.
As a result of its strong performance, Delta adjusted its full-year earnings from $6 per share to $6.25 per share.
Delta also expects its revenue to rise between 9% and 12% year-over-year during its fourth financial quarter.
