According to analytics firm J.D. Power, U.S. travelers were overall more satisfied with American airports in 2023 than during 2022.
The J.D. Power 2023 North America Airport Satisfaction Study, released Wednesday, detailed consumer sentiments surrounding the nation’s mega, large and medium-sized airports between August 2022 and July 2023.
Americans’ least liked facilities were reportedly Newark Liberty International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Meanwhile, the study found the most satisfying U.S. airports to be Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International airport and Las Vegas’s Harry Reid International Airport.
