Elon Musk’s new project is out of this world.
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has announced that a passenger he selected will travel aboard his Big Falcon Rocket (BFR) on a loop around the moon.
Japanese entrepreneur and art collector Yusaku Maezawa, founder of Japanese e-commerce company Zozotown, is Musk’s selected “tourist”.
Maezawa says he plans to invite six to eight artists to join him as private passengers to space.
The Big Falcon Rocket is set to launch in 2023. The last journey to the moon by humans was in 1972 with the Apollo 17, the final mission of NASA´s Apollo program.
