U.S. EV manufacturer Rivian’s shares slid 10% Tuesday following news that the company failed to meet the same delivery thresholds in its fourth financial quarter as it did during Q3.
Rivian reportedly delivered 13,972 vehicles during Q4, down 10.2% from Q3.
However, despite the slide in sales, Rivian’s Q4 numbers still aligned with analysts’ expectations for the quarter.
Rivian likewise upped production during Q4, producing 17,541 EVs during Q4 compared to 16,304 in Q3.
