Technology giant Microsoft announced a new update to its Windows 11 software system Tuesday, which is set to include an artificial intelligence chatbot tool known as Copilot.
Copilot is reportedly capable of generating human-like text using training models from OpenAI, the ChatGPT maker backed by Microsoft.
The AI will also be capable of assisting users with taking screenshots, summarizing open pages on web browsers and open applications.
Windows 11 currently runs on 24% of desktop PCs, while its predecessor Windows 10 continues to dominate PCs with a 72% market share.
