Users of Apple iPhones are now able to share their numbers and contact information with just the tap of a phone.
The feature, known as NameDrop, rolled out with the release of the company’s iOS 17 software update in September.
iPhone holders must simply hover their unlocked phone over another unlocked iPhone to get started with NameDrop.
Users will be able to choose what information to share with each individual so as to not overshare sensitive data, as well as choose to receive another person’s contact information.
