Technology giant Google recently rolled out updates to its Google Flights platform set to help consumers save when booking flights.
The updates will now tell consumers if the price of the flight they are browsing is above or below average cost, cluing users in on whether to hold off on their purchase or to buy now.
Likewise, Google Flights will also provide browsers with the cheapest dates to book between for their destinations.
The move comes as airline tickets have surged following the post-pandemic travel boom.
