The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 237 points on Thursday, ending the Dow’s 13-day consecutive winning streak.
The now-concluded run was the index’s longest winning streak since March 1987.
Had the Dow notched gains on both Thursday and Friday, it would’ve marked the Dow’s longest consecutive winnings streak in history.
Regardless of the streak’s end, the Dow is up approximately 6 percent for the year.
