As the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be stabilizing 59% of US workers who say their jobs can be mostly done from home are working from home most or all of the time, according to the Pew Research Center.
More workers are now working from home due to personal preference instead of concerns regarding COVID-19 and 60% of workers with jobs that can be done from home would like to continue to work from home most or all of the time if possible.
As many as 44% of workers say working from home has made it easier for them to get work done and meet deadlines with only 10% saying that has been more difficult to do this.
For 64% of workers homework has allowed them to achieve a greater balance between work and personal life. However 60% say working from home has made them feel less connected to co-workers.
Notably 60% of Americans have jobs, which do not allow them to work from home.
