Fox News agreed late Friday to pay $12 million to former producer Abby Grossberg, who had accused the network of having a hostile and discriminatory workplace.
Grossberg also accused Fox of having coerced her into providing false testimony in a deposition.
Her legal team filed a request in the Southern District of New York on Friday to dismiss a remaining lawsuit against Fox in light of the settlement.
After the settlement announcement, Grossberg said that she stood by her allegations, but she was “heartened that Fox News has taken me and my legal claims seriously.”
