Coffee chain Starbucks is aiming to do away with its disposable cup model when serving customers, says the company.
According to Starbucks, the company wants to eliminate disposable cups from its operations by the end of the decade.
The non-reusable cups reportedly make up a large portion of Starbucks’ waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
The initiative comes as the company looks to slash its carbon emissions, waste and water usage by half by 2030.
