Lawyers in a class action suit being filed by shareholders of Domino’s Pizza hurt by misleading statements by the company are advising shareholders of a 29 November deadline for joining the suit.
The call from lawyers of Rosen Legal is for shareholders who wish to become lead plaintiff, though the suit has already been filed.
“According to the lawsuit, during the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, Domino’s largest master franchisee, was experiencing significant challenges with respect to both new store openings and closures of existing stores,” said Rosen Legal in a statement.
The misleading statements regarded to overstatement of Domino’s financial statements, causing the members of the class action suit to lose money when the truth came out.
The class action suit is open to people who bought Domino’s stocks between 7 December 2023 and 17 July 2024.
