Just one month after releasing its new iPhone 15 model with USB-C charging capabilities, technology giant Apple has announced another one of its newly released devices will be equipped with USB-C charging ports.
Now, the third-generation Apple Pencil will be charged exclusively using USB-C, the company revealed Wednesday.
The new generation pencil will reportedly start at $79, down $20 from Apple’s previous version.
The move comes as Apple aims to effectively retire its proprietary Lightning charging system with its new range of devices.
