Amazon Web Services, technology giant Amazon’s cloud computing division, announced its Trainium2 chip during a conference on Tuesday.
The Trainium2 was developed for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models, Amazon said at the time.
Amazon also revealed its Graviton4 processor during Tuesday’s conference, which purportedly has 30% faster processing power than its predecessor, Graviton3.
AWS’ will likewise offer customers access to chipmaker Nvidia’s H200 AI graphics processing units as part of the companies’ new partnership.
