When it comes to the median net worth of U.S. citizens, it looks like consumers have been saving a pretty penny since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to the U.S. Federal Reserve’s latest Survey of Consumer Finances, the median net worth of Americans grew a massive 37% between 2019 and 2022.
This marks the largest upward swing in median net worth since the Fed began conducting the survey in 1989.
Despite the ongoing economic uncertainty in the United States, it seems many Americans are feeling much more flush compared to just a few years prior.
