zon CEO Andy Jassy warned company staff to abide by the company’s return-to-office plan or potentially lose employment, Amazon confirmed Tuesday.
Amazon’s post-pandemic return-to-office program requires staff to report to an in-person office at least three days each week.
Jassy reportedly warned Amazon employees about their potentially precarious employment situation during an internal company meeting.
According to a recording of said meeting obtained by Insider, Jassy told employees that are still hesitant to return to the office that “it’s probably not going to work out for you” if they don’t begin following Amazon’s mandate.
