U.S. airline JetBlue will be increasing pay for its flight attendants beginning this November, the company announced Monday.
JetBlue flight attendants will reportedly receive a 5% raise starting next month, alongside an additional 2% raise and a slew of other benefits.
The cabin crew are subsequently anticipated to earn a compounded 21.5% raise by 2026.
In exchange for the pay bump, unionized cabin crew members will support JetBlue’s potential acquisition of budget airline Spirit Airlines.
