Fresh on the heels of the Las Vegas Culinary union’s deal with Caesars Entertainment, the union has reached a deal with casino giant MGM Resorts International, the union announced Thursday.
The deal will reportedly cover 25,400 Culinary union members and prevent MGM from being affected by the union’s planned strike for Friday.
Union members will purportedly receive significant wage increases as well as improved benefits as part of the deal.
The Culinary union is still in negotiations with Wynn Resorts, the remaining Las Vegas casino giant yet to reach a deal with the union.
