Following a three-day temporary strike, 75,000 unionized health care workers returned to work at Kaiser Permanente facilities.
This marks the end of the largest health care strike seen in U.S. history.
However, according to the employees’ coalition of unions, the strikes may resume in the near future if a favorable deal cannot be reached with Kaiser Permanente.
A coalition representative went on to say that negotiations will resume on Thursday with acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Julie Su in attendance.
