U.S. consumers reportedly showed up in spades for 2023’s Black Friday shopping, both online and in-store.
According to Sensormatic Solutions, 4.5% more American consumers shopped in physical stores during Black Friday in 2023 than in 2022.
Meanwhile, e-commerce sales reportedly surged 8.5% during the mega shopping holiday.
Likewise, Adobe Analytics reported $9.8 billion in Black Friday sales for the year, up 7.5% from the year prior.
