Following a slew of software issues, U.S. automaking giant General Motors has halted sales of its Chevy Blazer electric cars for the time being.
“We’re aware that a limited number of customers have experienced software-related quality issues with their Blazer EV,” said Global Chevrolet Vice President Scott Bell. “Customer satisfaction is our priority and as such, we will take a brief pause on new deliveries.”
GM said sales of the vehicles will resume following an issued software update.
Existing customers affected by the software defects will be asked to take their vehicles to a local dealership to receive the issued update.
