Whether it comes to sending an email for professional purposes or just to friends and family, technology Microsoft is betting big on making the human touch obsolete.
According to Microsoft, the company’s new artificial-intelligence powered Microsoft 365 Copilot tool will help users write their emails with the “everyday AI companion.”
Likewise, the company is rolling out Microsoft Editor to help Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscribers to achieve “clarity, conciseness, inclusive language and more” when writing emails.
Though the AI-aided emails may help some users be clearer and more direct, it remains to be seen if the robot-driven content can still establish some semblance of human connection.
