Media giant the Walt Disney Company is seemingly learning that drumming up increased attendance to its entertainment parks may be more than just child’s play.
On Wednesday, Disney announced it will be discounting children’s admission tickets to its flagship U.S. parks, Disneyland and Disney World.
Beginning Oct. 24, adults will be to purchase children’s tickets for as low as $50, which can be used any time between Jan. 8 and March 10 in 2024.
As Disney’s park attendance continues slowing down, it remains to be seen if the discounted ticket initiative will provide the much-desired boost Disney’s looking for.
