Over half of corporate return-to-office summons being ignored by workers
Share on LinkedinShare on WhatsApp

With more than a quarter of full workdays still being done from home and offices still at half pre-pandemic occupancy, companies are getting desperate to lure their workers back to on-site jobs.

Companies across the United States are getting desperate as over half of stubborn remote employees refuse to budge when their bosses summon them back to the office.

Some are offering financial incentives and accepting hybrid work patterns, and others are threatening consequences such as poor performance evaluations if they don’t come in.
