Retail giant Costco is bringing a whole new meaning to setting the gold standard of wholesale.
Costco has reportedly begun selling 1 ounce gold PAMP Suisse Lady Fortuna Veriscan bars to its customers, and according to Chief Financial Officer Richard Galanti, they’re selling like hotcakes.
However, the retailer has set a purchase limit of two gold bars per customer.
With economic uncertainty flooding the United States, Costco is certainly setting the bar high on where U.S. consumers should put their money.
