The Booz Allen Hamilton consulting firm has agreed to pay $377.5 million to settle a federal lawsuit that accused it of falsely billing the U.S. government.
The U.S. Justice Department announced the seetlment on Friday.
Booz Allen had been accused of falsely charging for expenses that should have been paid under its nongovernment contracts from 2011 to 2021.
The settlement resolves allegations that Booz Allen improperly charged the government for indirect costs that it should have billed under its commercial and international contracts.
