Anduril, the defense technology company, is reportedly in talks with investors for a new funding round that could value it at around $100 billion, placing it in the same league as Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin.
The talks coincide with the company’s record-high military sales and increased investor interest in its drones, software, and missiles amid the U.S.-Iran conflict. Two months ago, the company doubled its valuation to $61 billion during a $5 billion funding round led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz.
A spokesperson for Anduril stated that no decisions had been made regarding any future funding. “As a private company, we regularly evaluate opportunities to fund the growth of the business,” the spokesperson said.
The potential valuation could position California-based Anduril to be nearly as valuable as Lockheed Martin, one of the world’s biggest defense conglomerates and producer of some of the Pentagon’s most expensive fighter jets, such as the F-22, F-15, and F-35. Lockheed’s valuation stands at $130 billion.
Anduril has been rapidly announcing new military weapons and drones. In January, the company reported $2.2 billion in revenue for 2025 and also doubled its workforce.
The $100 billion funding round and the valuations are reportedly still flexible.
