Fast food behemoth McDonalds is ending its self-service soda machines, the company announced Tuesday.
McDonalds will reportedly begin phasing out the machines throughout its U.S. restaurants until 2032.
The move comes as the company’s drive-thru and online delivery services have surged while eat-in dining has stalled, reducing the need for the machines throughout its stores.
McDonalds also hinted at the implementation of new significantly smaller locations, set to be known as “CosMc’s.”
