Pharmaceutical maker Sanofi is set to offer its insulin products for $35 on cost-saving drugs platform GoodRx, the company announced Thursday.
According to the announcement, patients can obtain a $35 coupon for the company’s Lantus insulin that can then be redeemed at more than 70,000 pharmacy locations across the United States.
Sanofi is also expected to enact a $35 cap on out-of-pocket insulin costs for insurance holders, which is set to be implemented in January.
The move comes as Sanofi aims to make insulin prices more accessible and affordable to everyday Americans.
