In a company wide memo, supply chain logistics company Flexport announced its plans to lay off 20% of its staff on Friday.
According to CEO Ryan Petersen, the layoffs are Flexport’s attempt to regain profitability without hiking its prices.
This is Flexport’s second round of layoffs this year.
The news comes after Flexport’s haywire executive shake ups only one month prior.
