Technology giant Apple is reportedly rolling out a new feature to its iPhones set to protect users and their devices against theft.
The so-called Stolen Device Protection feature will no longer allow users to make changes to their data settings with a simple four or six-digit passcode.
Instead, users will need to present biometric data in order to unlock access to important privacy features.
Likewise, for changes to Apple ID passwords, face scans and turning off Find My iPhone, users will have to wait a minimum of an hour security delay before reentering biometrics to complete the request.
