Technology giant Apple revealed a series of new products during its launch event on Tuesday, going on to confirm long-swirling rumors surrounding changes to the company’s highly-anticipated iPhone 15 model.
The iPhone 15, as predicted, will now feature universal USB-C charging as opposed to Apple’s own proprietary Lightning port, as well as a new “Dynamic Island” tool and automatic Portrait Mode on the phone’s camera.
The latest iPhone will come in a variety of pastel colors and start at $799, while the Pro model is offered in three neutral colors with exclusive titanium casing and a starting price of $899.
Meanwhile, the newest Apple Watch was announced to be Apple’s first-ever carbon neutral product, with the company shifting from offering leather-based strap bands toward sustainable textile options.
