Technology giant Amazon has reportedly reached a deal with Elon Musk’s SpaceX to launch its internet satellites into space, Amazon announced Friday.
Amazon is slated to launch its satellites via three SpaceX Falcon 9 launches by mid-2025.
The tech giant’s planned internet satellites will compete with Musk’s satellite internet service, Starlink.
The move to use SpaceX comes despite the existence of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ own space exploration company, Blue Origin.
