According to new figures from the National Football League, the ongoing NFL season has reached the league’s highest level of viewership seen since 2015.
Regular season NFL games reportedly averaged 17.9 million viewers, while the league’s record-viewership 2015 season held an average of 18.1 million viewers.
Bolstered by new cable and streaming packages, the 2023-2034 NFL season experienced a 7% increase in viewership from the 2022-2023 season.
Likewise, the NFL’s Thursday Night Football program on Prime Video saw a 24% uptick this season from the year previous.
