On Thursday, U.S. Treasury yields hit their highest level in 15 years following the Wednesday release of the Federal Reserve’s newly issued guidance and unemployment figures.
The 10-year Treasury yield increased 4.482%, or 13 basis points, its biggest peak since 2007.
Likewise, the 2-year treasury yield was up 5.197%, or 8 basis points higher.
Stocks fell across the board Thursday as a result of the news.
